Tokischa and her boyfriend share the sweet story of how they met.
Tokischa: We just met, and we just saw each other, and we were like …
Anthony: “Who’s that?”
Tokischa: “Hi.”
Anthony: Met Kay through my business partner in Paris. And then, I usually don’t like to hang out with anyone. And for whatever reason, I was like, “I’m just gonna go hang out with this girl that I never met before. Fine, whatever.” And then me and her stylist ended up hanging out every single day, even when we got back to New York. And then she was like, “Oh, I’m about to go meet my friend. You should meet her.” I was like, “OK, cool. Yeah, whatever.” And then I was just like, “That’s your friend?”
Leila Cobo: I like your friend. “I like your Cuchinuki.”
Anthony: She’s Cuchinuki.
Tokischa: And that’s how we met. Yeah, and then we met that day and we didn’t stop hanging out. We would just go shopping, the three of us together. That’s why the three of us shot the video together because it’s like we have this bond. We’re friends, like, she’s my friend and his friend separately, but the three of us have a bond because she introduced us, and then we used to hang out every single day during that week that I met him. And then we started dating, he came to DR, and we went on a trip for his birthday that year, and it was the three of us, too. And then we were hanging out.
